JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development of product operations strategies to support overall business goals.
Utilize advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive product performance.
Identify and implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with senior leaders across product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product operations.
Oversee the monitoring and optimization of key performance metrics and KPIs.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and positioning.
Lead the strategy and optimization of tools and systems used in product operations.
Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing product operations team.
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve high-impact operational issues.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Degree (BS/BA) in in Information Systems or Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering, or related field required.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights.
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools, product management software, and other relevant technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex operational challenges.
Advanced project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple high-impact projects.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product operations.
