What you will do:

Take end-to-end ownership of client VOCs and feedback management
Analyze VOCs and survey comments to identify product asks/issues
Create structured asks for Product and track via the available tool
Drive stakeholder cadences for updates, blockers, and alignment
Prioritize surfaced requirements and insights across journeys
Work on feedback categorization flows and enhance automation

Who you are:

2 4 years of related experience in Product/Program or Customer Experience
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Jira, SQL, Workflow tools
Understanding of user journeys and how feedback flows into product and execution
