Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Pega PRPC Developer We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to join our team to design and implement business-critical applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of BPM solutions and experience in developing workflows and case management solutions using Pega. Responsibilities . Design and develop business applications using Pega PRPC. . Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. . Develop case types, flows, UI screens, decision rules, and integrations using Pega best practices. . Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and performance. . Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, or other connectors. . Write and execute unit and integration tests troubleshoot and fix defects. . Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application lifecycle. . Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. . Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and standards. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills . B.Tech/B.E/ MCA . Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rules, flows, case management, UI, decisioning, and data model. . Experience with Pega version [8.x/7.x] and above. . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. . Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and basic SQL. . Good understanding of integration techniques including REST, SOAP, and JMS.
