Job Description

Conduct comprehensive market research and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities. Perform financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential investments. Collaborate with senior team members in structuring deals and preparing investment memos for presentation to the investment committee. Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including analysing financial statements, legal documentation, and impact assessments. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the renewable energy sector to inform investment strategies. Prepare regular reports and updates on investment performance for internal stakeholders and investors. Mentor and operationally manage analyst-level team members. Key Requirements: 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in Infrastructure, Energy Principal Investing, Corporate Finance or Project Finance. Existing experience within the infrastructure sector preferred. Strong financial modelling skills and corporate finance fundamentals. Strong understanding of deal processes with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple work streams. Track record of supporting delivery of transaction documentation. Ability to produce and quality control key internal and external documents such as IC memo, strategy, and board papers. Relevant professional qualifications such as MBA/CFA would be an advantage.
