Collaborate with senior management, project heads, and clients to define architectural vision. Oversee preparation of master plans, layout approvals, working drawings, and 3D visualizations. Ensure adherence to statutory norms, building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental compliance. Guide and mentor internal architecture and design teams, including junior architects and draughtsmen. Coordinate with consultants for structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design integration. Review designs for functionality, feasibility, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure timely submissions for approvals from CMDA, DTCP, RERA, and other regulatory bodies. Keep updated with current trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and sustainable design. Requirements Required Skills & Competencies: Strong command of architectural principles, urban design, and project planning. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM workflows. Thorough knowledge of local and national construction codes and green building standards. Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on quality and innovation. Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Preferred Background: Experience in high-rise residential, gated communities, commercial complexes, and institutional projects. Exposure to design coordination, project approvals, and site execution.
