Job Description

Major Skills: · Supervise press shop activities including manpower allocation, machine setup, and shift planning · Ensure proper die setting, part accuracy, and process stability before batch production. · Monitor machine performance, tool wear, and output quality. · Coordinate with tool room, maintenance, and quality departments for smooth operations. · Maintain production records, rejection logs, and downtime reports · Enforce safety practices and ensure PPE compliance · Conduct operator training and skill development sessions. · Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect production goals Sub – Skills: · Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical/hydraulic) and sheet metal processes · Familiarity with die setting, tooling, and part inspection. · Leadership and team management abilities Good communication and problem-solving skills
