Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Preschool Teacher . The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating early learning through play-based methods, and supporting the holistic development of each child. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive classroom environment, observing and assessing student progress, and effectively communicating with parents and caregivers. The role also requires ensuring a safe, inclusive, and joyful atmosphere that encourages active learning and emotional well-being. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and practices Experience in lesson planning and curriculum implementation Warm, caring personality with a passion for working with young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education , Child Development , or a related field Prior teaching or childcare experience is an advantage Show more Show less
