Troubleshoot SCADA communication issues and coordinate with the automation team . 4 Permit to Work (PTW) & Safety Compliance: Issue and verify Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures for maintenance activities. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, grounding procedures, and electrical isolation procedures . Conduct safety checks before and after maintenance work on equipment. 5 Reporting & Documentation: Maintain shift logs, event reports, switching operation records, and relay tripping reports . Record voltage, current, frequency, and load conditions in daily shift reports. Generate reports on load flow, transformer loading, reactive power compensation, and outage analysis . Technical Knowledge: Switchyard Equipment Operation (400kV/220kV/132kV Transformers, CBs, CTs, PTs, Reactors, etc.) Switching & Interlocking Procedures, Load Dispatch Coordination SCADA, HMI, RTU, and Substation Automation (IEC 61850, MODBUS, DNP3) Grid Code Compliance & Permit to Work (PTW) Procedures Fault Handling, Tripping Analysis, and Protection Relay Coordination Certifications: Electrical Safety, Grid Operation & Power System Protection (Preferred).
