Pre-Primary Teacher (PPRT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and the ability to encourage curiosity, creativity, and social development in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for holistic development.
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Teach foundational concepts in language, numbers, colors, shapes, and motor skills through play-based learning.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians on student progress and development.
• Encourage social interaction, good manners, and emotional development.
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance and support when necessary.
• Organize events, celebrations, and learning programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
• Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or nursery classes preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of child psychology and child safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
