Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve AI/ML capabilities. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive AI/ML adoption across the organization. Requirements: Proven experience 10+ years in leading AI/ML initiatives within a similar role. Strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
