Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer, Actimize

As a Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer at NiCE Actimize, you will be a key member of the sales team, actively involved in all stages of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the latest product demos, presenting Actimize technology infrastructure to prospects and customers, and configuring and demonstrating solutions to address client requirements. You will collaborate with the sales team to lead technical aspects of Pre-Sales activities, including customizing demo setups, preparing workshop materials, and conducting solution Proof of Concept demonstrations. Your impact will be seen through client engagement, Actimize solution demo support, customer needs assessment and solution design, POC/workshop proposal and development, technical support during the sales cycle, and gathering client feedback for product improvement. You will engage with prospects and clients to uncover technical and functional requirements, develop engaging product demo contents, strategically position and build tailored demos, define and execute goals for PoC/workshops, provide technical support on RFPs/RFIs, and communicate client feedback to product teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment, proficiency in infrastructure architecture, the ability to work with web-based applications, experience in data analysis using Excel and SQL, familiarity with cloud computing (ideally AWS), proactive problem-solving skills, experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
