Roles and Responsibilities: Manage Large SAP AMS / ADM Engagements Monitors Delivery Performance - SLAs, KPIs, trends, and contractual commitments and facilitates corrective/preventive measures Drive Continual Service Improvements (CSI) Identify systematic delivery issues and recommend solutions, to improve the quality of delivery and customer satisfaction .Drive Innovation Report Project Health to the leadership. Implement best practices in delivery engagement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate to get desired outputs Collaborate with SEPG (QA Team) related to process compliance and standard requirements.
