Job Description

Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive CP Sale (Plotting)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to drive plot sales.
Regularly visit market to meet channel partners and maintain strong business relationships.
Drive sales through channel partners by conducting site visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
Coordinate and support channel partners with marketing collateral, pricing, and inventory updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Maintain accurate records of channel partner performance, leads, and closures via CRM or internal tools.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the marketing and strategy teams.
Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth post-sale processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
26 years of experience in real estate sales; experience in plotting projects is preferred.
Strong broker/channel network in the local market.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willing to travel locally and work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
