PLC Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled PLC Operator to manage our automated conveyorized dip tank system, critical for pre-treatment before powder coating. The role involves monitoring processes, ensuring chemical quality, and calculating chemical strength and hardness in a 9-tank system. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the PLC system for consistent material flow. Manage chemical concentrations and perform strength/hardness calculations. Ensure quality control and troubleshoot equipment/process issues. Conduct maintenance and collaborate on system calibration. Qualifications: Experience with PLC systems in manufacturing. Knowledge of chemical handling, testing, and calculations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment with chemical and machinery exposure.
