Job Description

Role & responsibilities What Youll Do Lead HR operations at the plant, including workforce planning, shift management, and manpower optimization Oversee recruitment and onboarding for both blue-collar and staff roles Ensure compliance with all statutory labor regulations (PF, ESI, factory laws, etc.) and maintain up-to-date records for audits Drive employee engagement, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures Develop and implement training programs to improve worker productivity and safety Oversee administrative functions such as housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport Maintain up-to-date documentation for HR and Admin audits and inspections Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on the shop floor Preferred candidate profile 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Skills: Strong working knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance Proven ability to manage blue-collar workforce dynamics Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Hands-on approach with a willingness to be present on the shop floor Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
