Job Summary:
The Planner (Agency Profile) is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with
external event planning agencies, corporate travel planners, and other third-party booking entities.
This role focuses on understanding agency needs, presenting suitable hotel solutions (including event
spaces, accommodation, and F&B offerings), and collaborating to secure bookings that drive revenue
and achieve hotel objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agency
landscape and a proactive approach to partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and outreach to key event planning agencies, corporate clients with significant
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) needs, and travel consortia.
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with agency contacts, becoming their preferred
hotel partner.
Understand the specific requirements and preferences of agencies for various events, group
bookings, and individual travel.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and site inspections showcasing the hotel's facilities, services, and unique selling points.
Act as the primary point of contact for agency inquiries, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and booking
negotiations.
Collaborate closely with the hotel's MICE, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to ensure
competitive pricing and tailored solutions.
Track agency performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase market share from
agency channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and agency-specific requirements to maintain
a competitive edge.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and agency roadshows to build visibility and
network.
Ensure seamless communication and handover of confirmed bookings to the hotel's operational
teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all agency interactions, proposals, and contracts in the
CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the
hospitality or event industry, with a strong focus on agency relations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of MICE segment and group booking processes.
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
