Deep understanding of risk, underwriting, quote solicitation and negotiation and client communication. Strong negotiation skills & attention to detail with a CAN DO, WILL WIN attitude. Effective manager with demonstrated experience in working under high pressure and building a high-performing placement teams. Somebody that is client obsessed and will take a consultative approach to helping clients get the right products. Somebody who has a out of the box thinking and can think beyond traditional insurance legacy mindset.
