Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets for liability products. Sales Execution: Directly sell and cross-sell liability products to new and existing customers. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for deposit accounts, loans, and other liability products. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Performance Management: Set and monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to the team, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of liability products, policies, and procedures. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies regarding the sale of liability products. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
