We are looking for an experienced Placement Head with a strong background in placing MBA students at packages above 10 LPA. The ideal candidate should have established corporate connections, a proven track record of successful placements, and expertise in market research to identify high-value job opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the placement function for MBA programs, focusing on roles offering 10 LPA and above. Build and maintain corporate tie-ups with top companies across sectors Strategically plan and execute placement drives and pre-placement talks. Identify and bring new clients through proactive market research Develop a pipeline of high-budget job opportunities suitable for top-tier MBA talent. Work closely with the training team to align student skill sets with market requirements. Analyze placement trends, competitor offerings, and industry demands to stay ahead in the MBA hiring space.
