Placement Co-Ordinator

We're seeking an experienced Placement Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating job placements for our students, building relationships with industries, and identifying new placement opportunities. If you have a strong background in HR/Talent Acquisition and a proven track record of closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Placement Coordination*: Manage job placements for students, ensuring a smooth process and meeting requirements.

2. *Industry Relationships*: Build and maintain relationships with industries, understanding their talent needs and evaluating suitability.

3. *New Opportunities*: Identify and visit companies for potential placement opportunities, leveraging research and outreach skills.

4. *Client Acquisition*: Convert new clientele/accounts through structured market research and outreach.

5. *Networking*: Utilize strong HR community connections to facilitate placements.

*Requirements:*

- 3-8 years of experience in placements/recruitment

- Strong network in HR/Talent Acquisition

- Experience in IT hiring (preferred)

- Proven track record of closing deals with senior professionals

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
