Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Physics Lecturer to teach I & II PUC Science students. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with the Karnataka State PU Board syllabus, capable of engaging young minds through concept clarity, problem-solving methods, and effective classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Physics lectures for I & II PUC students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials as per syllabus requirements.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide feedback to students.
• Guide students in practical sessions and ensure lab safety protocols.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
• Encourage participation in academic competitions, science exhibitions, and seminars.
• Provide academic mentoring and support to students who require additional assistance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and institutional events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory); B.Ed preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at PUC level preferred. Freshers with strong subject command may also apply.
• Skills: Excellent subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to teach in English and Kannada.

As per institutional norms and based on qualification & experience.
