Position: Physics Faculty – NEET/IIT Division Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (CTC) Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (mandatory) Organization: Toppernsotes.com About the Role: We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Physics Faculty with substantial experience in coaching students for NEET and/or IIT-JEE examinations. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth subject knowledge, a strong academic background, and a proven track record of producing top results. This role requires relocation or availability to work from our Haridwar campus. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality Physics lectures to students of classes XI & XII preparing for NEET/IIT-JEE. • Design and deliver lectures, test papers, assignments, and academic content aligned with current NEET/JEE syllabus and exam trends. • Conduct regular doubt-clearing and remedial sessions. • Analyze student performance and provide feedback and strategies for improvement. • Maintain academic discipline and foster a motivating classroom environment. • Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and academic initiatives. Candidate Profile: • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience teaching Physics for NEET or JEE aspirants at a reputed coaching institute. • Sound understanding of NCERT curriculum as well as advanced-level Physics concepts. • Excellent communication skills and classroom management. • Results-driven approach with verifiable student success records. • Education: M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. from a reputed institution (IITs/NITs or equivalent preferred).
