Job Description

Experience Required:

13 years (Freshers with strong Laravel project knowledge may apply)

We are looking for a

dedicated PHP Developer with expertise in the Laravel framework

to join our growing team at Gatisofttech. As a Laravel developer, you will work on

scalable web applications

, building robust back-end logic and integrating seamless front-end components. You should be well-versed in

Laravels ecosystem, SQL databases, RESTful APIs

, and have a strong passion for writing

clean, maintainable, and secure code

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
web applications using PHP and Laravel
frameworks.
Design and optimize database structures using
MySQL
.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules and APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Maintain code quality through
unit testing, debugging, and optimization
.
Participate in the full
software development life cycle (SDLC)
from requirements gathering to deployment.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
PHP
and deep understanding of
Laravel framework
.
Solid grasp of
OOP principles, MVC architecture
, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with
Laravel features
such as Eloquent ORM, Queues, Migrations, Blade templating, Task scheduling, Events, and Middleware.
Familiarity with
RESTful APIs
and third-party service integration.
Good knowledge of
MySQL
, MySQL Workbench, WAMP/XAMPP, and query optimization techniques.
Understanding of
web security concepts
and common exploits (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection) with practical solutions.
Comfortable using
Git, Bitbucket
, and version control workflows.
Basic knowledge of
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
, and responsive front-end technologies.
Experience in working with
large-scale Laravel projects
is a plus.

Knowledge of
DevExtreme

Filament
, or other admin components (training will be provided).
Knowledge of
Hosting
(E.g: Project Hosting, FTP)
