Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Tiruppur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the CEO’s diary, and performing clerical tasks. The role includes organizing meetings, handling communication on behalf of the CEO, preparing documents, and other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office.

  • Diary Management skills
  • Clerical and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
