Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant located in Pune. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives, managing diaries, handling clerical tasks, and facilitating communication. The role requires a proactive approach to daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence efficiently.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Experience in a corporate environment is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
