Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Paid Media department and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Performance Marketing team and ensuring that all campaigns are executed effectively to meet business objectives. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including SEM, display, social, and affiliate marketing Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists to achieve departmental goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Paid Media department Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving business growth through performance marketing, we would love to hear from you.
