Role Overview:

Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Analyze ad performance and iterate creatives/copies to reduce CAC
• Create reporting dashboards and track daily KPIs
• Collaborate with designers for creative ad assets
• Run A/B tests and scale winning ad sets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, tracking tools, and analytics
• Experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite
• Proven track record of managing ₹10L+ monthly budgets
