Role Description

• Drive CAC down while improving ROAS month over month
• Continuously test creatives, copy, and audiencesidentify what scales and cut what doesnt
• Own the entire performance funnel: from first impression to conversion
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
• Collaborate closely with the content, design, and product teams to align performance with brand direction
• Set up and maintain proper tracking across platforms (Pixel, GA4, server-side, etc.)
• Keep an eye on competitor activity, ad trends, and new platform features
• Be accountable for weekly performance reporting and insights

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising
• Data Analysis and Optimisation skills
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
