We re looking for a Performance Marketer to lead ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, results-oriented, and knows how to scale campaigns efficiently while staying on top of trends and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, and display networks.
Manage budgets and bids to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

2-5 years of hands-on experience with paid performance marketing.
Proven expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, etc.
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and funnel optimization.
Ability to create and optimize landing pages using tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress.
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and data analysis.

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or D2C funnels.
