Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketer at Dock Social, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving measurable results through strategic social media campaigns. We are seeking a versatile individual who can effectively manage both social media strategy and performance marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our goals, creating engaging content for various platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content, fostering online communities, and executing performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. In addition, you will analyze social media and performance marketing metrics, provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaigns. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, proven experience in social media management and performance marketing, proficiency in social media tools and advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
