Performance management through big yet achievable performance targets ; breaking them down in weekly/monthly actions Ideation and improvement, through analysis, process visualization and delivery through field teams Knowledge management and documentation Best practises and benchmarking. 1. Plan and get information flows streamlined 2. Develop a documented and transparent process for the function so that the process delivers the results 3. Ensure the information /data storage as per the system setup and its easy retrieval by authorized people. Create necessary authority structure 4. Manage daily weekly, monthly deliverables in terms of reports , analysis 5. Identify opportunities for improvement, create teams to bring it around in the field, provide support to them till results are delivered 6.
