P&C Shared Services Generalist - EMEA, India & APAC

Introduction
The Tier 1 Shared Services Generalist is an integral part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to employees by addressing and resolving a wide range of HR-related questions and issues, or escalating cases to subject matter experts when necessary. You will also be responsible for the administrative processes related to the complete associate lifecycle which includes talent acquisition, onboarding, data changes, leave(s) of absence, and offboarding.
