Greetings from The Adecco Group! We are hiring for Payroll Executive. Please find the below Job Description for your reference - Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Qualification: Graduate Responsibilities: Hands on experience in payroll processing in any software. Salary processing & validation regular salary, F&F, MRE, Incentives and any other payouts. Verification and validation of Savings / Investment of associates & computation of Tax liability, Generation of TDS returns like Form 16, 24Q, 26Q. Verification and validation of data regarding new hires, termination and all personnel status changes. Processing, validation and ensure payout of associates CTC related re-imbursements like LTA, Medical, etc. Should have handled associate's queries. Should have good knowledge of payroll accounting. MIS on CTC, Man count, ICOFR reco, ledger review, provision accounting. Ensure timelines are met with regard to accounting, payment and reco. Guide a team of 2 members, facilitate learning. Co-ordinate with HR, Compliance, tax, auditors, authorities, etc. Required Skill: Excellent knowledge in admin. Should be quick adaptive with good communication skills . Excellent in Multi-tasking.
