Full-Time Pastry Chef Instructor

If you’ve got experience, creativity, and a passion for teaching—this is your chance to build the next generation of bakery talent.

As a Chef Instructor at Truffle Nation, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering real-world, hands-on baking experiences for our students — both in our classrooms and across our online content.

• Conduct daily hands-on cake baking and pastry sessions for small batch sizes (4-6 students)
• Assist students in mastering recipes, techniques, and kitchen professionalism
• Develop and test new recipes for in-class use and public-facing content
• Participate in video shoots, online tutorial filming, and occasional live demos
• Collaborate with our chef team to maintain quality standards and kitchen efficiency
  

• You have

  2–3 years of experience

  as a Pastry Chef, Head Baker, or in a similar kitchen role
• You have strong command over foundational and advanced pastry techniques
• You’re great at explaining complex baking concepts in a simple, engaging way
• You have strong time management, organizational skills, and team spirit
• You enjoy being on your feet and working in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen
• You’re confident, outgoing, and love interacting with students
