Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

• Identify, reach out, and close partnerships with:
• Inbound

  medical travel agencies

• DMCs

  handling leisure or healthcare-based inbound travelers
• Hospitals and clinics with international patient programs
• Develop and execute onboarding and GTM plans for partners
• Build and manage revenue-driving relationships and incentive models
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and ops teams for smooth fulfillment
• Lead pilots, monitor performance, and scale successful partner programs

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in

  business development, tourism partnerships, or healthcare alliances

• Strong network or exposure to inbound travel/tourism, medical tourism, or DMCs

• Strong communicator and deal-closer with a hustler’s mindset

• Comfortable traveling to meet partners in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.

• Bonus: Experience working with SIM, eSIM, or telecom/travel-tech products
