About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dynamic interns to join our Public Relations & Guest Relations Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing institutional branding, communication, and guest coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating official visits, events, and conferences
• Support in drafting communication materials (press releases, emails, social media posts)
• Welcome and manage guest relations with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain PR records, reports, and databases
• Collaborate with various departments for internal communications
• Contribute to media outreach and coverage coordination
• Invite professionals, VIPs, and VVIPs to events

Who Can Apply?

• Students or recent graduates in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Business Communication, Hospitality, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Malayalam / Hindi / Urdu is a plus)
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of social media handling
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
