Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Technician located in Gurugram. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining operating rooms, assisting surgeons during surgical procedures, sterilizing surgical instruments, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in proper working order. Additionally, the OT Technician will monitor patients' vitals and assist in post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Understanding of operating room protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in sterilization techniques and operating room equipment management
• Ability to assist during surgeries and monitor patients' vitals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Certification as an OT Technician or relevant training is required
• Previous experience in a medical or surgical setting is preferred
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
