Job Description

ORM- Digital Banking (DB)

Review of Digital Banking(DB) Product and Process notes from Operational Risks Perspective
Checks and verify of DB product and process (Digital Products/Payments/ Channels, DB operations etc.) with Regulatory and NPCI guidelines and circulars.
Risk and controls self-assessment (RCSA) control testing and issues identification of Digital Banking product
Review of Self-Identified Risk and issues, Capturing in RCSA database and tracking for closure
Review of SAR/Compliance certificates submitted by the BU/vendors for DB
Conduct Thematic Review of DB products and process.
Monitoring of KRIs and evaluate the KRIs of DB
Conduct Vendor Risk Review of Digital Banking Vendors and their Sub-contractors
Review of RCA of incidents occurred in Digital Banking (Product and Ops)
Vendor Risk Review observation tracking and closures.
Coordination with Auditor, DB, IT, and Compliance
