This will involve tracking and monitoring projects, managing the change plan within the service area, and overseeing internal and external resources as needed. You will need to demonstrate a collaborative and performance-driven mindset, identify project risks and issues, and present project status reports. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 4 years of experience in P&C services and systems, business analysis, process development/documentation, and supporting P&C business. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of project management experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. You should actively work towards developing capabilities aligned with the P&C Capability Framework. This role does not require significant travel and is eligible for relocation within the country. It is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of office and remote work. Key skills for this role include agility core practices, analytical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, customer service excellence, data management, decision making, strategic implementation, and project management. Additionally, you should be adept at managing change, engaging stakeholders, and utilizing measurement and metrics effectively.,
