Job Title: Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Techno-Functional Consultant Locations: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore Full-Time Permanent Experience: 5 to 10+ Years Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Primary Skills: Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Techno-Functional Expertise Transportation & Logistics Domain Knowledge OTM Configuration & Customization System Integration (ERP, WMS, TMS) On-Prem to Cloud Migration Experience Functional & Technical Design Testing & Troubleshooting Performance Optimization Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical and functional skills along with deep understanding of transportation management processes and OTM functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design optimal OTM-based solutions. Configure, customize, and implement OTM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Visibility, and Settlement. Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for users and stakeholders. Develop technical specifications, functional design documents, and test plans to support OTM implementations and enhancements. Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration activities to connect OTM with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for OTM applications. Diagnose and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features in OTM Cloud / On-Prem. Experience in On-Premise to Cloud Migration highly preferred. Strong understanding of logistics and transportation domain processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 5 - 10+ years of Oracle OTM project experience. Proven track record in OTM full-cycle implementations. Excellent understanding of transportation management processes. Experience with OTM integration with ERP, WMS, TMS systems. Strong knowledge of functional design, testing, and performance optimization. Experience in On-Prem to Cloud migration is highly desirable. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
