Job Description

Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Payroll) Exp: 5+Years to 15 Years Location : HYD (Work From Office )

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to human resources and workforce management.

Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet specific business needs, including core HR, payroll, talent management, and other areas.

Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, including data migration, system setup, and integration with other systems.

Configuration: Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications, workflows, and approval processes to align with organizational processes.

Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure the system functions as expected and is free from errors.

Training: Provide end-user training and support to help employees and HR staff effectively use Oracle Fusion HCM.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Data Management: Manage data within the system, including data imports, exports, and data quality checks.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues and errors, working closely with technical teams if needed.

Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and new features and assist in system upgrades and enhancements.
