We are urgently hiring for VISA Supervisor.

Job Location- Thiruvananthpuram, Kerala

Position Overview:

• Visa Application Processing:

• Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of visa applications for individuals and organizations.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and meets immigration requirements.
• Verify that visa applications are processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Compliance & Regulations:

• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all visa applications comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Handle any legal or compliance issues related to the visa processing system.

• Customer Service:

• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing support and guidance throughout the visa application process.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by applicants and ensure a positive experience.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports regarding visa processing status.
• Monitor and track application timelines to ensure timely submissions.
• Generate regular reports on team performance, application outcomes, and any issues for upper management.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience).

• Experience: freshers to 2 years
