Manage & respond to client inquiries and feedback in a professional & timely manner. 3. Developing & implementing email marketing campaigns. 4. Help in organizing & coordinating the work we do i.e. coordination in marathon running events. 5. Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals & objectives. 7. Continuously strive to improve processes & enhance overall operational efficiency.
