Operations Specialist

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of services to investors to enhance customer experience. This role involves coordinating with AMC, RTA, and internal teams to address transaction-related queries and issues. The ideal candidate will provide creative solutions to transactional challenges and assist in implementing initiatives. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial for success in this role. Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Roles & Responsibilities: - Resolving investors" concerns related to mutual funds. - Ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and escalating incomplete/delayed processing. - Utilizing analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for generating periodic reports. - Participating in manual testing of Android, iOS, and Web Apps and their Backend Services. - Coordinating across different teams, emphasizing strong written communication skills.
