Job Description

Role

This role will have following responsibilities.
Ensure all vendor deliverables in line with CSP
Define cadence for operational activities and ensure they are done as per the quality norms. e.g RCA review, problem mgt sessions, MBRM, capacity , release mgt, License mgt, documentation
Highlight the risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with change management process.
Create and adopt MI runbook for efficient and effective mgt of the MI
During MI, he will help coordinate on behalf of DN to ensure vendors perform as expected.
Will closely work with PO and vendor
Provide performance feedback for vendors
Can help with SIAM (Supplier Integration & Management)
Person can be based in India but to operate in EMEA Timezone + Standby outside EMEA hours, so he gets best of 3 zones.
Reporting for ITIL Functions Incident, change, problem
