Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Agra. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Logistics Management skills
• Budget Management and Financial Planning experience
• Team Leadership and Staff Coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Agra
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
