Manage Shift roster Ensure shift availability and fill shifts in case of contingencies Shift briefings and pre-call follow-ups Maintain Compliances Prepare handover notes and take proper handover Shifts - Rotational Company Requirements- Excellent English Communication skills International outbound work experience will be preferred Male candidates only Candidate must have his own two wheeler (non- negotiable) Good IT Skills - MS Office Joining within next week.
