Operations Associate

As a member of the Global People Operations Team at Zinnia, you will be responsible for providing HR support throughout the team member life cycle in North America and other Geos. The HR Operations function is crucial to our People organization, ensuring that all formal employment conditions and documentation are in place for our team members. Your key responsibilities will include entering and maintaining team member data within our HR system, maintaining personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, supporting new hire onboarding, managing team member and contractor offboarding, assisting with general team member requests and verifications, generating reports for team member distribution lists and milestones, tracking team members" probationary periods, managing the mailbox for team member queries, providing general support to the People team, and overseeing the Employee Life cycle processes. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, hold an MBA degree, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, have knowledge of Dayforce and experience in Global HR Operations or HR Shared Services, and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in professional services or multinational companies. Additionally, you should be service-oriented, flexible, detail-oriented, able to multitask, accountable, possess the ability to handle confidential information, be reliable, timely, and flexible, exhibit a concise and effective communication style, be comfortable working in a matrixed organization, and have the flexibility to support a diverse, international set of stakeholders. In this role, you will also work on reports and dashboards, manage Employee Engagement events, handle Employee queries and connects, and oversee Day 1 onboarding for the Pune office.
