As a member of the Global People Operations Team at Zinnia, you will be responsible for providing HR support throughout the team member life cycle in North America and other Geos. The HR Operations function is crucial to our People organization, ensuring that all formal employment conditions and documentation are in place for our team members. Your key responsibilities will include entering and maintaining team member data within our HR system, maintaining personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, supporting new hire onboarding, managing team member and contractor offboarding, assisting with general team member requests and verifications, generating reports for team member distribution lists and milestones, tracking team members" probationary periods, managing the mailbox for team member queries, providing general support to the People team, and overseeing the Employee Life cycle processes.
