Operations And Maintenance Engineer in Srinagar Garhwal

Shanti Solartech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated solar plant engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of our 5 MW solar power plant in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The role is onsite, requiring hands-on involvement in maintaining optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance through SCADA and local monitoring tools
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and solar panels
• Troubleshoot technical faults and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain proper logs, documentation, and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Manage spare parts, tools, and coordinate with vendors/service teams
